I listen to the mp3 128 k subscriber stream and recently the static or stuttering seems to have gotten worse especially in the mornings. I tried adjusting Winamp settings with no luck.

Edit: The problem is definitely present on all the servers I try.

I've been experiencing the same problems over the last couple of days.  I also was having problems connecting to the server today.  I'm a silver plan subscriber, I probably had to try entering my user id and password about 10 times before I got a connection.

Remember folks, if you are having problems, the best place is to e-mail us at our feedback address, OR come in to the chat room network and let one of the ops know there is a problem. That being said...

There has been an issue that crops up every now and again that I haven't been able to find the source of the problem. This "Static" or "Skipping" does is not heard locally, via the studio monitors. So it's stream related, and we don't know about it unless you tell us. That makes it even more difficult to find and track down the problem. There is only one solution at present and that seems to be a downing of the entire Japan-A-Radio Audio Network for a restart, which obviously causes EVERYONE to be knocked off. So if you were listening Sunday Night between 9-10pm CENTRAL TIME, you would have noticed this outage.

Please be patient with us while we try to find the problem, and again, instead of posting it here in the forums (which I don't check daily), come to the Japan-A-Radio Chat Room Network, or by e-mail at our feedback e-mail address. The forums are for generic suggestions or comments, not as an official support line for Japan-A-Radio. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, but it really is necessary you come to the chat room network and tell us or by e-mail. When doing so, please realize you may need to get someone's attention. We're not all looking at it every moment of the day. Remember, there is only one of me, and many hours in a day.

Edit:

I should also note, that it would be great if anyone is having problems with the system to come into the chat room network and tell us when you are experiencing a problem. If I am there at the moment, I will look into it right then and there. It helps to have an immediate two-way communication to help track and fix any problems.

I saw after I came back from being away from the studio for awhile. Even I need a break. Smiley You're one of the people that tipped me off about it that I saw in the scrollback buffer.
